Who We Are

TATTU started with a simple observation. Many organizations have good intentions, talented people, and big goals, but results still suffer when the basics are weak. Hiring is rushed, processes are manual, accountability is unclear, leaders are overstretched, and service delivery becomes inconsistent. TATTU was created to close that gap by building the foundations that make performance predictable.

The journey began with People and Culture work in fast paced environments, especially healthcare and service driven institutions, where the cost of weak systems shows up immediately in staff strain, customer experience, and revenue leakage. Over time, clients asked for more than HR support. They needed training that teams could apply, systems that reduced daily friction, operational strengthening to support growth, and research to guide decisions. That demand shaped TATTU into a structured group with specialized arms that work together.

Today, TATTU serves hospitals, growing businesses, SACCOs, development programs, and mission driven organizations across Uganda and the region. Our approach remains practical and implementation focused. We do not stop at recommendations. We help you put the tools, routines, and accountability in place so improvements stick.
